Zen Plumbing
1. Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all services provided by Zen Plumbing (“we”, “us”, “our”) to our customers (“you”, “your”) in Queensland and New South Wales. By engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing services, which may include but are not limited to:
Emergency plumbing
Blocked drains
Hot water system repairs and installations
Pipe replacements
Leak detection
General plumbing maintenance
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a job if:
The work requested is unsafe
Access is not provided
There is a breach of these Terms
3. Quotes and Estimates
Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise.
All quotes are based on information provided at the time. Additional charges may apply if unforeseen issues arise during the job.
Acceptance of a quote constitutes agreement to these Terms.
4. Pricing and Payment
All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST unless otherwise stated.
A call-out fee may apply.
Full payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We accept payment by cash, EFT, credit card, or invoice (by prior arrangement).
Late payments may incur interest and collection costs.
5. Cancellations and Access
Please provide at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations.
If access to the site is not available at the agreed time, a call-out fee may still apply.
If you cancel a job after we have arrived onsite, a minimum service fee may be charged.
6. Customer Responsibilities
You agree to:
Provide safe and reasonable access to the property
Disclose known plumbing issues or hazards
Ensure pets or occupants do not interfere with the work
Follow reasonable instructions from our plumbers during service
7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
Our liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying the services or the amount paid by you, whichever is less.
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, supply issues, or third-party contractors.
8. Emergency Services
In emergency situations, immediate action may be taken to prevent property damage or health risks. You authorise us to proceed with necessary work and agree to pay for the services performed under emergency conditions.
9. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, and documentation we provide, including our logos and designs, remain our property and may not be reused without permission.
10. Privacy
We collect and handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our use of your information as outlined in that policy.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland and New South Wales, and applicable Australian laws. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in those states.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website or upon request. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of any updates.
